Request for proposals: Jumpstarter coaching and local joint training in Turkey, 2025

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for the delivery of training and coaching services within the EIT Jumpstarter programme. This will be achieved by appointing experienced trainers and coaches (hereinafter being referred to as “Provider”). This document, along with its annexes, constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of entrepreneurship training and coaching for early-stage startups.

The overall objective of this RFP is to ensure high-quality training and mentorship for programme participants, helping them develop viable business models, analyse competitive landscapes, formulate go-to-market strategies, and prepare investor-ready pitch decks. The selected provider/s will be responsible for conducting local joint training sessions in Istanbul, Turkey and providing dedicated coaching support during the EIT Jumpstarter Online Bootcamp stage.
